What is ISP WiFi?
ISP WiFi helps Internet service providers, WISPs, resellers and managed WiFi operators control guest and subscriber access across multiple locations.
Antamedia ISP WiFi uses Enterprise WiFi System and WiFi Hotspot to manage captive portals, RADIUS authentication, vouchers, prepaid plans, reseller accounts, bandwidth limits, billing, analytics and automation.

ISP WiFi Software
Antamedia ISP WiFi helps ISPs, WISPs and managed WiFi providers deliver controlled Internet access across customer locations, hotspots, public venues, residential areas, hospitality networks and reseller points.
Operators can manage users, vouchers, prepaid accounts, Internet plans, bandwidth limits, session rules, payments, reseller commissions and usage reports from a centralized platform.
For larger ISP and reseller deployments, Enterprise WiFi System provides private infrastructure, RADIUS, captive portal management, customer hierarchy and automation. WiFi Hotspot can be used when a hosted platform with faster deployment and lower maintenance is preferred.

User Accounts, Vouchers and Device Access

Create user accounts, vouchers, login codes and device-based access from the dashboard.
User accounts can use username and password credentials with selected Internet plan limits such as download speed, upload speed, time, bandwidth quota, allowed login schedule and number of devices.
Voucher and login-code access can be used for prepaid WiFi, temporary users, reseller sales, events, hospitality locations and public access points.
Device-based access can be used for equipment that cannot open a browser login page, such as smart TVs, printers, consoles and selected IoT devices.
Where customer information is collected, operators should use appropriate privacy notices, consent options and data retention rules according to their business and legal requirements.
Sell WiFi Vouchers Through Resellers
WiFi Tickets App helps resellers, kiosks, cafés, receptions, hotels, airports and sales points create and print WiFi access tickets.
Operators can create reseller accounts, define commission rules and track voucher sales by location, reseller and Internet plan. This makes it easier to sell prepaid WiFi access through distributed points of sale.
Staff can generate single tickets, multiple tickets or reprint the last ticket when needed. Where document scanning is supported and legally permitted, it can be used to speed up personalized ticket creation according to the operator’s privacy and security requirements.
How ISP WiFi Works

A user connects to a WiFi network managed by the ISP, WISP, reseller or venue. The network redirects the user to a branded captive portal page where the selected access method is displayed.
The user can log in with a voucher, username and password, login code, prepaid plan, paid plan, device-based access or another configured method.
After authentication, the platform applies the selected access rules, including speed limits, bandwidth quota, session duration, expiration time, device limits and location rules.
Operators can monitor sessions, manage accounts, view usage reports, track reseller activity and automate account workflows through the Antamedia dashboard or API.

Powerful API & Automation
Antamedia API and automation tools help ISPs and WISPs connect WiFi access management with external systems.
Operators can create accounts, update plans, read statistics, manage users, trigger actions and exchange data with billing systems, CRM platforms, portals or custom business software.
Automation can execute tasks when selected events happen, such as user connection, disconnection, inactivity, account expiration, plan change or selected customer activity.

ISP WiFi Analytics and Reports
Analytics help operators understand network usage, subscriber activity, access methods, session duration, bandwidth consumption, reseller performance and payment activity.
Reports can show new and returning users, top users, time-based usage, location activity, technology details, bandwidth trends and campaign performance where configured.
Survey results and customer feedback can also help operators identify service issues, understand user needs and improve managed WiFi operations.

Connect ISP WiFi with Engage
Consent-based customer data, survey answers, campaign activity and account history collected through WiFi access can be organized in Antamedia Engage.
ISPs and managed WiFi providers can use Engage to segment users, send follow-up messages, manage communication, create tasks and improve customer relationships after the WiFi session.
Redirect Guests to Digital Guide
After WiFi login, guests can be redirected to Antamedia Digital Guide to access hotel information, menus, offers, bookings, room requests, web shop pages, local services or venue information.
This is especially useful for hotels, restaurants, cafés, public venues and tourist locations that want to turn WiFi login into a digital service entry point.
Reseller / WISP use cases
ISPs and WISPs can provide controlled WiFi access to residential buildings, public venues, hospitality locations, outdoor areas and customer networks.
Resellers can sell prepaid vouchers, printed tickets or access plans through kiosks, cafés, hotels, shops, events and local partners.
Managed WiFi providers can operate multiple customer locations from one platform, with branded splash pages, reseller accounts, reports and automation.
Venues can offer free, paid or sponsored WiFi access while the operator manages authentication, billing, reports and support workflows.
