What are WiFi Internet Plans?
WiFi Internet plans define how guests can access the network, how long they can stay connected, how much bandwidth they can use and whether access is free, paid, voucher-based or PMS-authorized.
Antamedia WiFi Hotspot uses Internet plans to control speed, session duration, bandwidth quota, expiration, device limits and payment options for guest WiFi access.

Internet Plans help businesses create clear access rules for guest WiFi users. A plan can define download and upload speed, bandwidth quota, session duration, expiration date, device limits, daily limits and pricing.
Businesses can offer free basic access, paid premium access, voucher-based access, PMS-authorized access or special plans for guests, staff, VIP users, conferences, events and temporary visitors.
Internet Plans work with Antamedia WiFi Hotspot and Enterprise WiFi System, helping hotels, cafés, restaurants, ISPs, public venues and managed WiFi providers control access, protect bandwidth and monetize premium Internet usage.
How Internet Plans Work

When a guest connects to the WiFi network, WiFi Hotspot redirects the device to a branded captive portal page.
The guest selects an available access option, such as free access, voucher login, paid plan, PMS login or another configured method. After successful login or payment, the platform applies the selected plan rules.
The plan can define download speed, upload speed, bandwidth quota, session duration, expiration time, number of devices and other limits.
Usage is tracked in reports, helping operators understand access patterns and plan performance.
Internet Plan Features
Tiered WiFi Access
Create different Internet plans for different guest needs. Offer free basic WiFi for casual browsing and paid premium plans for guests who need higher speed, longer sessions, more devices or larger bandwidth quotas.
Each plan can define download speed, upload speed, bandwidth quota, session duration, expiration time, device limits and availability schedule. This helps protect network performance while giving users clear access options.

WiFi Tickets App
WiFi Tickets App helps staff create and print WiFi access tickets for guests, visitors and users.
The app can create voucher tickets, username/password tickets, multi-device access or reprint the last ticket when needed. It is useful for hotels, airports, cafés, public venues, kiosks and reseller locations.
Where supported and legally permitted, staff can use document scanning to speed up personalized ticket creation. Operators should configure data collection and retention according to their privacy and security requirements.
WiFi Tickets App is available for selected Android printers and Android phones.
Connect Internet Plans with Hotspot Billing
Internet Plans work together with Hotspot Billing to automate paid guest WiFi access. Guests can choose a plan, complete payment through a supported method and receive access based on the selected plan rules.
Operators can manage prices, vouchers, billing history, reports and access limits from the WiFi platform.

Internet Plans for Different Use Cases
Hotels can offer free basic WiFi, premium upgrades, PMS-based access, VIP plans and conference access.
Restaurants and cafés can offer free guest WiFi with time limits, voucher access or promotional plans.
Retail stores and shopping malls can use Internet plans with campaigns, offers, surveys and consent-based data collection.
