What is Hotel PMS Integration?
Hotel PMS integration connects guest WiFi login and billing with a supported hotel property management system.
Antamedia can use PMS integration to validate guests by room details, apply free or paid Internet plans and, where supported, post WiFi charges to the guest room bill.
This allows hotels to reduce manual voucher handling, simplify guest authentication, and offer controlled Internet plans directly through the WiFi login page.
Post WiFi Charges to the Guest Room
With PMS integration, hotels can allow guests to select an Internet plan and confirm their identity using room-based details such as room number and name, depending on the PMS workflow.
When validation is successful, WiFi access is enabled and the selected charge can be posted to the guest room bill where supported by the PMS integration.
Hotels can also configure free access, complimentary plans for selected guests, paid premium upgrades or a list of available Internet plans that guests can choose from during login.
Supported Hotel PMS Interfaces
Antamedia supports PMS integration with selected hotel PMS systems and compatible interfaces. Availability depends on the PMS version, interface license, deployment model and integration method.
Supported and compatible PMS interfaces may include Oracle Opera PMS, Fidelio Suite8 PMS (IFC Part Number 5009-313) and other hotel PMS systems. Final compatibility should be confirmed before deployment.
