When a customer connects to the store WiFi network, WiFi Hotspot redirects the device to a branded captive portal page.
The customer can log in using free access, voucher code, email, social login, OTP or a custom data collection form.
After login, the platform applies configured access rules such as speed limits, session duration, bandwidth quota and usage limits.
The customer can then be redirected to a promotion page, coupon, online store, product page, survey, Digital Guide or website, while the retailer tracks usage, consent, visits and campaign activity from the dashboard.
